Lavender has many uses in culinary preparations, beauty routines, and spiritual practices.

The flower of lavender is used to make different remedies to help with the following:

  • anxiety, depression, headaches,
  • sleep problems such as insomnia,
  • alopecia areata,
  • postoperative pain
  • infectious disease (bacterial and viral), and
  • skin infection.
