With a dance background that started at age 2, Meghan has been on her journey of self awareness and improvement and loves to share her knowledge. In 2016 she gained her first Reiki Certification, She completed her first yoga certification in 2018 after practicing for 10 years on her own. She has since then acquired several other certifications, in both yoga and Reiki, and lovingly applies them all to her classes. By placing her students/clients needs above hers, she creates a safe and welcoming place for yogis of all skill levels.
